Quality Coordinator

Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Quality Coordinator. We welcome candidates of any nationality and gender to apply for this position.

Responsibility

• Update data and documentation on a routine basis or as requested and ensure the accuracy and quality of records is maintained.
• Keep documentations , QMS and compliance practices within the company up to date and in line with current regulation as Iso 9001 :2015 requirements.
• Handle quality matters across all operational activities including receipt, storage and distribution to ensure compliance of company practices, policies and procedures and that of Standard are met.
• Acts as first-line responder to non-conformities in the supply chain, managing immediate actions and escalating to Quality Assurance Manager.
• Oversees qualities activities at warehouse facility in compliance with international GxP standards, e.g. Quarantine and release, restricted item management, samples management, temperature-monitoring activities and ensuring continuous temperature control of all temperature-sensitive products.
• Applies Quality Checkpoints as per GDP for on-hold activities.
• Runs QC inspections such as dispositions of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products and Quality investigations where needed in case of deviations, non-compliances and complaints + handling destruction activities.
• Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment, and ensures good transport practices are in place.

Education/Qualification

• Certificate in Quality
• GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and GSP (Good Storage Practice)
• Knowledge of Quality Management System documentation
• Familiarity with ISO standards
• Preferred if medical background
